EasyOS 0.9.18 Russian build

There have been lots of language-specific builds in the last few days. Read this post to see what has been happening:

Now have done a Russian build. Used a langpack from 2013, that was created by Puppy Forum member 'rodin.s':

...the "bk1" means some mods by me. There were a few things incompatible with EasyOS. I do also need to check the other langpack PETs. Did have a look in the 'de' langpack, but not the others.

The good news about this Russian build, relative to the others, is that now SeaMonkey starts up automatically translated.
