Updated French langpack for EasyOS

I would very much like to thank Puppy Forum member 'esmourguit' for updating the French langpack, especially for EasyOS. Here is the new PET:

...the "-1" means that I modified it slightly. I took out some scripts. I changed some dictionaries to symlinks, but might not have done that fully, as the PET is much bigger than the previous version, like about twice the size. Anyway, OK for now.

Ah, esmourguit has informed me that he is retired, boats around on canals these days, doesn't post to the Puppy Forum anymore. Still checks in to see what is happening though!
