Hiawatha web server PET

EasyOS has the Hiawatha secure web server, but there was a report on the forum that it does not support libxslt.

I have compiled version 10.9, this time there should be libxslt support. PET is here:

In an earlier post I reported that support for exfat is fixed. This is the extra PET required:
