How to translate EasyOS

I have wanted to write this documentation for a long time. There was documentation written for Puppy, and there still is, though getting out-of-date. For example woof-CE has this:

It will be great if someone gets interested enough to create a translation "langpack" PET. So far, we only have French and German.
