WoofQ tarball 2020-01-23 uploaded

WoofQ is the build system for EasyOS, and earlier, Quirky. It forked from Woof2 in 2013, which was the Puppy Linux build system (and Woof-CE, the current Puppy build system, also forked from Woof2 about then).

I do not maintain WoofQ as an online version-control repository such as git, only periodically upload tarballs. The latest is dated January 23, 2020, and is the one used to build EasyOS 2.2.5. Here it is:
