fftag metadata editor updated

Jason (plinej in the Puppy Forum) has updated fftag to version 1.4a, see forum post:

Easy 2.2.12 has fftag 1.3a, which replaces an older package named pmetatagger also by plinej, now retired.

I have added the PET to the Easy noarch repo, and it will be in the next release. The only change I made was to the 'pet.specs' file, inserted into some empty fields:
