pdvdrip, new DVD ripper

Jason (plinej in the Puppy Forum) has created a new "DVD ripper" application, named 'pdvdrip', see forum post:

This is intended to replace an old application named 'pdvdrsab', also created by Jason:

...that is version 0.1. There was a fix by 'rocket', and internationalisation by 'xanad', so my PET is version 0.3:

pdvdrip will replace pdvdrsab in the next release of EasyOS/Pup. Esmourguit has created a translation, that will be in the 'langpack_fr' PET.
