Snap2 4.27rc, de and fr langpacks

Just a quick note: rerwin has created snap2 4.27rc, and L18L and esmourguit have sent updates for their langpacks.

Tonight will build EasyOS 2.2.14, with the above. If any of them are bumped soon, might fit it in before 2.2.14 is released. Which should be immediately followed by EasyPup 2.2.14.
