Unused packages removed

I discovered a missing dependency in Easy 2.2.12, 'libprotobuf17'. So, I looked at the packages that have it as a dependency, and discovered that they are not used. Which is why the missing library was never a problem.

These unused packages were included in the build in 2018, for some reason. I must have been testing a package that needed them. Anyway, now they are not needed and are just taking up space. I have now removed these DEBs:

libprotobug-c1
libprotobuf-c-dev
libprotobuf-dev
libprotobuf-lite17
libgadu3
libgadu-dev
libgeocoding7
libphonenumber7
libphonenumber-dev

Always pleased when a bit of bloat can be removed! I do have to hope that none of my SFSs need them.
