ChatZilla missing from SeaMonkey 2.53.1 and 2.53.2

That is weird, ChatZilla IRC chat client is missing from the SM 2.53.1 and 2.53.1 compiles. It must have something to do with the 'mozconfig' file when configuring for compiling.

I need to find out why it was left out, but a workaround for now is I grabbed the .xpi ChatZilla extension plugin file from the official SM tarball and put it into my SM 2.53.2 PET.

This fix will be in the next release of Easy.
