Extra b43 firmware

Richard (rerwin in forum), testing EasyOS, reported wifi not working. He thinks it is due to missing b43 firmware.

There is a utility that lists missing firmware:

# updatenetmoduleslist.sh

Then look at /tmp/networkfirmware-missing, and we see some entries for b43:

b43/ucode40.fw
b43/ucode30_mimo.fw
b43/ucode33_lcn40.fw
b43/ucode29_mimo.fw
b43/ucode26_mimo.fw

b43/ucode24_lcn.fw

I hunted around, found slackware packages with those, and have created 'firmware_linux_b43_extra-20200524.pet', which will be in the 2.3-final build. I don't know if this will help Richard, but should be useful to others.
