ffplay-gtk version 1.6a update

Jason ('plinej' in the Puppy Forum) created a GUI frontend for 'ffplay', the CLI media player in the 'ffmpeg' package. I included it in Easy back in February:

Easy 2.2.16 has ffplay-gtk 1.0a. Jason has now released 1.6a:

I have updated the PET, and it will be in the next release of Easy.
