Gpptp fixed in Easy

Puppy Forum member 'jafadmin' maintains gpptp:

He has reported that it doesn't work in EasyPup (and EasyOS), and has fixed it:

There are two PETs, 'gpptp' which contains the binaries, and
'gpptp-noarch' which contains everything needed to make it work. I have
modified the latter in accordance with jafadmin's fixes.
In Easy, /sbin/ip is the full utility, not a link to busybox. The
full ip has more features, needed by some applications. So the
pinstall.sh script in gpptp-noarch creates a symlink /bin/ip to
/sbin/ip.
Gpptp requires /dev/ppp, which is missing. This is now created in /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit.
