Linux kernel 5.4.51 compiled

There are problems with the 5.8-rc4 kernel. The iptables error, a python error causes the bluetooth applet to fail, another python error was unable to compile SeaMonkey 2.53.3 (used another installation of EasyOS with the 5.4.47 kernel). These are probably fixable, but for now will stay with what works.

So, have compiled 5.4.51 and that will probably be used in the next release of EasyOS, likely to be version 2.3.3.
