Fix for Bluetooth audio in Dunfell 0.93

I would like to thank you guys for feedback. There was a report that Bluetooth audio is not working.

Yes, the file /etc/init.d/bluealsa is not executable, so didn't run at startup. Right-click on it, choose "Properties" and tick the "executable" checkboxes, then reboot.

I had disabled that script when testing pulseaudio, then forgot to re-enable it when reverted to bluez-alsa.
