French langpack updated

Forum member Esmourguit has provided updates for the français langpack.

The PET is now 'langpack_fr-20201208.pet' and will be used for the French build of the next release of EasyOS.

Changing the subject, I think that I need to update the page describing the lockdown features of EasyOS (and EasyPup):

One new feature in 2020 is the convenient choice of lockdown in the "Shutdown" menu of the desktop.

If I remember rightly, lockdown in RAM saw the light of day in late-2019, and got enhanced throughout 2020, so it is all fairly new, and not widely known.
