Kernel 5.4.82, tweak for desktop in container

A short report, on the home run to releasing EasyOS 2.5.3...

I have compiled the 5.4.82 kernel, same config as for the 5.4.81, except have enabled "Platform Chrome support" options for the Chromebook -- which hopefully won't compromise compatibility with PCs.

The "buster" icon on the desktop launches a complete EasyOS desktop in a container. The "sfsget" icon is removed, as it is not appropriate. That was already done, however, the "update" icon was still on the desktop, which is also not appropriate -- have removed that also.
