MP console editor menu fix

Forum member 'rooftop' reported that the MP console text editor has a "double menu", which is caused by "menu*" entries in /etc/mprc.

That is very interesting, as I didn't notice that before, but it definitely is happening now. As rooftop reported, the fix is to comment-out all the "menu*" entries. OK, done, updated the PET.
