Fix for Easy .img file mimetype

Documentation for EasyOS states that you can left-click on an
EasyOS .img file, for example 'easy-2.7.1-amd64.img', and it will then
open up, and you can then copy out the files 'vmlinuz', 'initrd' and
'easy.sfs'.
However, clicking on the file, nothing happens, as forum member 'williwaw' reported:

Yeah, it is the change in
/usr/share/mime/packages/freedesktop.org.xml in the 'shared-mime-info'
package that is causing the conflict with 'puppy.xml'.
I have modified packages-templates/shared-mime-info to substitute the
older freedesktop.org.xml from Easy Buster, which doesn't have the
conflict.
