Fixed support for Samsung printers

I posted about adding support for Samsung printers, prior to releasing Easy 2.7.1:

After discussion on the forum, it seems that 'libscmssc.so' is not needed, and 'rastertospl' was in the wrong place -- moved it from /usr/bin to /usr/lib/cups/filter. Discussion was here:

Documenting this, as just about to release Easy 2.7.2, hopefully, after doing a quick sanity test.
