Recompile in OE for aarch64 target

Have done a complete cross-compile in OpenEmbedded, host system EasyOS Dunfell version 2.7.2 x86_64 CPU, target aarch64 (ARM64). These are the same packages as in Easy 2.7.x on a x86_64 PC.

Great, it went right through, except for 'flsynclient' package -- will tackle that later.

Next, plan to compile the latest Pi4-specific 5.10.x Linux kernel.

Then plan to bootup on my Pi4 what will become a 2.7.x release, and have a look at some issues and fixes posted here (especially by 'bigpup'):

Flsynclient fixed, now cross-compiles in OE.
