Package libxres compiled

I was recently compiling a source package, forget what it was, might have been xfce, it required a dependency 'libxres". OK, it is a small library, might as well include it in the build, so now compiled in OpenEmbedded and added to the EasyOS package-list.

Package libxres is described as:

libXRes provides an X Window System client interface to the Resource extension to the X protocol.  The Resource extension allows for X clients to see and monitor the X resource usage of various clients (pixmaps, et al).
