EasyOS 3.1.17 released

Very important enhancements; now have Qt5 libraries, and three powerful media applications. Those apps are:

1. Scribus desktop publishing
2. LiVES video editing
3. OBS Studio video streaming/recording

I am now in Xmas summer holiday mode, and staying away from the computer for awhile. Instead, hiking, swimming at the ocean, visiting a few places, generally relaxing. So might not respond to feedback for awhile, or will do so intermittently.

I personally would like to dabble in video creation, so intend to learn how to use those new apps. That will also count as relaxing!

On track to release EasyOS 3.2 very early in 2022.
