Broken options.pptp file fixed

The problem was reported by JASpup and OscarTalks on the forum:

Yes, /etc/ppp/options.pptp in the pptp-linux package is broken. The file overwrites a working one in the gpptp package.

Actually, that was fixed awhile back, then got broken again. Fixed again.
