gpptp internationalized, now version 2.1

This morning I posted about fixes for gpptp:

The 'gpptp' binary executable, however, is not internationalized. I did have a vague memory that it was internationalized, a long time ago. I found a reference to that in this blog post:

Yes, it was 'robwoj44' who internationalized gpptp, but that was version 0.2. Much later, 'jafadmin' created version 2.0, without the internationalization. I have been using 2.0 in EasyOS.

I have internationalized the gpptp C program and bumped it to 2.1, and compiled it in OpenEmbedded. The new source is here:

This will of course be in the next release of EasyOS.
