Xephyr and browser menu entry fixes

I posted about the missing Xephyr X server here:

Now fixed. The problem was caused by the xserver-xorg moving from autotools to meson. I also had to apply a patch to xephyr source, as reported in the above-linked post.

Well, hopefully fixed, still to be tested.
