Global IP TV Panel updated to 2022MK3

Steve (ETP on the forum) introduced Global IP TV Panel version 2022MK2 tweaked to work on EasyOS, see blog post:

Steve has now released "MK3" and has sent me a an EasyOS-tweaked PET, and I have updated the EasyOS "noarch" PET repo. Not yet uploaded.
