Meld file and folder diff viewer

EasyOS has 'xfdiff' to see differences between two files. You can find it in the "Utility" menu. However, if you would like something more heavy-duty, that also compares folders and can generate patch files, then consider Meld:

I have made it into a PET. Easy already has all the dependencies, except for 'gtksourceview3' -- which is available via the package manager. Note, Easy currently only has 'gtksourceview2' builtin.

At this stage, not planning to include it builtin, but it will be available via the package manager. The PET has not yet been uploaded.
