BaCon 4.5.1pre and utilities now compile in OE

It has been a painful process, but finally, success. Here is the previous post in this saga:

Finally, did what I had considered doing a week or so ago, created a patch, reported about it to the BaCon Forum:

Tested it in OE, x86_64 host OS, cross-compiled for 32-bit i686. Works great. So now have bumped to using the latest BaCon.
