Kernel 5.15.69 compiled

Preparing for the next release of EasyOS, have bumped the kernel to 5.15.69.

Previously reported on compiling 5.15.67, with "User Namespace" enabled:

However, have reconsidered. Really not sure about the security risk with enabling that feature, and anyway have determined that can implement containers running non-root without it. So, the 5.15.69 kernel has user-namespace disabled.
