libsdl2 version bump in OE

EasyOS has libsdl2 version 2.0.12, but I was looking at a project that requires 2.0.18 or greater. So, I have compiled 2.0.20 in OpenEmbedded. Also compiled some more; these are the packages:

libsdl2-2.0.20-r9-nocona-64.tar.xz
libsdl2-image-2.0.5-r9-nocona-64.tar.xz
libsdl2-mixer-2.0.4-r9-nocona-64.tar.xz
libsdl2-net-2.0.1-r9-nocona-64.tar.xz
libsdl2-ttf-2.0.18-r9-nocona-64.tar.xz

Now to get back to that project...
