Fix mounts as msdos instead of vfat

The problem was reported here:

It isn't just vfat being misreported, it may be that a script may misdetect PARTUUID when UUID is intended. Fixes applied:

You can apply those fixes manually if you like, but I intend to bring out the next release of Easy before Xmas.
