How to install EasyOS on a new SSD page updated

Documentation lags behind, but I do get around to updating the pages eventually. Just tweaked this page in a few places:

I was prompted to update it, as someone sent me an email, they had followed a link on that page and downloaded the latest in the Dunfell-series, 4.5.5, thinking that was the latest. No, we are now on the Kirkstone-series and the latest is 5.4.1.
