EasyJWM Menu Manager restored

When I cut down Roger's (radky in the forum) JWMDesk to have functionality only for JWM, I also took out the module to manager entries in the menu -- hide or unhide them.

There was a report in the forum that it is missing, so I have put it back in:

I haven't understood why it would be useful. Except in one situation -- the report that it was missing was in the context of having updated Easy to 5.4.5 and the Firefox menu entry disappeared. Yeah, it defaulted back to being hidden.

Technical note: .desktop files in /usr/share/applications can have "NoDisplay=true" which will hide them. So that's what Menu Manager will do, toggle that parameter.
