In particular, there is a fix for Flapi, the Flatpak Installer, unable to register at flathub.org. That problem, and fix was posted about here:

I was not hitting that "Unacceptable TLS certificate" ...until today. I booted 5.4.6 on my only computer that has the hardware clock set to UTC -- all my other computers have the hardware clock set to local time -- and hey, I have hit the same problem:
So, I clicked the button to run Qsync:
And now Flapi works. Yeah, this has to be a bug in the 'flatpak' binary.
