Parcellite and Qlipper clipboard managers compiled in OE

I have removed Glipper-lite clipboard manager from the inbuilt package-list for EasyOS, as it is English-only. Have replaced it with Parcellite.

Parcellite does not default to start in the tray. You have to choose it from the menu, "Desktop" category, and enable it to run in the tray.

The default is that Parcellite does not record the primary-selection, only the clipboard, so should be OK with FPM2 password manager -- which defaults to send usernames via the clipboard and passwords via the primary-selection.
