Password manager wrapper in tray

There is now 'pw-tray' which sits in the tray:

...the snapshot shows KeePassXC in the tray, but the icon on the left is intended to be the only password manager in the tray in the future.

'pw-tray' is very simple. All it does is run whatever password manager is specified in /usr/local/bin/defaultpasswordmanager.

I posted about issues with running FPM2 in the tray:

'pw-tray' is a quick fix, so FPM2 is not run in the tray. Here is the OE recipe:
