Global IP TV Panel updated to MK5

ETP maintains Global IP TV Panel PET package, for streaming TV channels off the Internet. Forum thread:

These channels keep changing, requiring ETP to frequently update the PET. It uses the 'mpv' media player, and some of the channels are hosted by YouTube, requiring 'youtube-dl' -- which also requires frequent updates.

I have bumped to ETP's latest pet, "2023MK5".
