Kernel 5.15.137 and NVIDIA SFS compiled
Linux kernel 5.15.137 compiled, as well as NVIDIA kernel modules
and a NVIDIA SFS created with modules, X11 driver and GL libraries.
Source packages, patches and build scripts are here:

Forum member don570 paved the way with getting the official NVIDIA driver working in EasyOS:

I configured so that the NVIDIA executables and libraries are
installed into /opt. Not sure if this is a good idea or not. Hmmm, might
rethink that and recompile with everything installed into /usr
When you update, if the kernel version has changed there will also be
a matching NVIDIA SFS, that can be downloaded. The handling of this is a
work-in-progress right now, but I think this can be done automatically
in the "update" operation.
What the update could do, is see if the nouveau or nvidia kernel
module already loaded; if so then offer to download the latest nvidia
SFS.
Note, the nvidia SFS is named 'nvidia_<kernel
version>-<nvidia version>_amd64.sfs', for example
'nvidia_5.15.137-525.147.06_amd64.sfs'.
Intending to have this all sorted out for the next release of EasyOS, 5.6.1.
