EasyJWM non-English fix

The "menumanager" part of EasyJWM only worked for English language. Forum member Caramel identified this problem and proposed some fixes:

I have gone through the script carefully, at /usr/local/easyjwm/menumanager, and fixed the non-English problems, based on Caramel's suggestions. Github commit:
