German translation updates

Lutz has sent me updated and new German language translations. He is known as L18L in the old Puppy Forum, don't think he joined the new (current) forum. Github commits:

Note, Lutz had created easy.mo and peasy.mo with symlinks for the individual scripts. That potentially causes issues when others might want to contribute, using the official MoManager, so I split into individual .mo files. Lutz will know what I mean by that.
