HomeBank builtin to Easy Excalibur

Continuing to target Easy Excalibur to have a full suite of applications, to suit the vast majority of users. "Builtin" will mean that these are our officially supported apps, ones that we all use.

Earlier EasyOSs have Grisbi or HomeBank, but so far neither is in Excalibur. Which is best? See slant.co:

Also, HomeBank is much smaller. To install Grisbi and its dependencies, the download is 14.8MB. For HomeBank the download is 3.5MB. Which settles the case; HomeBank it is.

Actually, I was reminded of the need for a personal finance manager, as saw a post in the Puppy Forum, someone asking which one to install.
