Easy Excalibur 6.121 7.0-RC

This is build 6.121, that I am hoping is the one-and-only release-candidate before 7.0-final; that I'm intending to release on or about the 10th of August.

Hopefully there will only be some minor bugs found before 7.0-final.
In the next few days, I intend to revise some of the documentation at easyos.org; some of it is badly in need of updating.
