Easy Excalibur version 7.0.3 released

I compiled dbus, due to very slow startup of AnyDesk. Still slow, about 1 minute, still get the dbus error messages in /var/log/messages, but faster than before.

I created code in /etc/rc.d/wm-merge to remove invalid whiteout files; however, that deleted too much. Intend to revisit that soon.
