Simple Xcursor Creator and Selector is back

Forum member tallboy reminded me about this. It is in Easy Scarthgap, but missing in Excalibur. I had completely forgotten about it. It is a PET package that I created in 2023, see post:

The PET is 'simple_xcursor_creator-20250217.pet' and will be builtin in the next release.

You will find the xcursor selector in the "Desktop" menu category, and the xcursor creator in the "Utility" category.
