MSCW restore defaults

There have been some reports that after using the Multiple Sound Card Wizard, audio is broken. The script, /usr/sbin/mscw, does need a thorough examination, but for now have added a button to restore the audio settings to how they would be at pristine first bootup:

Long-term, will revise the script, also with a view to move to pipewire.
