Fixed again screen brightness in EasySetup

This was fixed a little while ago:

However, don570 reported that it is still broken in Easy 7.1.1:

Hmmm, it has managed to get unfixed. OK, /usr/local/easysetup/sub-menu reads the .desktop files in /usr/share/applications, but filters out any that have "NoDisplay=true"

Which is appropriate, except I had created a special 'redshift.desktop' that does have "NoDisplay=true". That was done to keep it out of the menu, but it doesn't matter if it is in the menu, it only puts up the message as per that earlier blog post. So took that text out, now EasySetup working.
