Kernel 6.12.64 compiled

I have compiled the Linux kernel 6.12.64, with these enabled:

CONFIG_POSIX_MQUEUE=y
CONFIG_POSIX_MQUEUE_SYSCTL=y

...they are in the "General Setup" section.
