SeaMonkey 2.53.23 compiled

There is an issue with SM 2.53.22 in Easy 7.1.1; the browser crashes when running as root and the pulseaudio pavucontrol mixer app is running. I think it was forum member vtpup who reported this, and I confirmed.

The default is that SM runs as user "seamonkey"; however vtpup has a particular requirement, wants to run it as root.

I have compiled SM 2.53.23 without pulseaudio support, alsa only. Audio should still work, but I haven't verified. Hopefully also, this will avoid the crash.

Another change that has now taken effect, is this:

...when you right-click on a html file somewhere and choose SM Composer, your intention would be to edit it. You don't want Composer to run as user "seamonkey", as then you would only be able to save into /home/seamonkey and /files. You want Composer to run as root.
