Default media player mpv not EcoTube

I posted earlier today that was thinking of changing to SMPlayer media player builtin, and also throw in Symphytum GUI database. However, decided to stay with EcoTube.

Instead, have changed the default media player to mpv. Reason is, mpv plays videos nicely, EcoTube, although it is a wrapper on top of mpv, often does not play videos properly.
